  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized partners, or by direct communication with the resort.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of advance payment. Without advance, they will be considered “tentative” and may be released.

  • Guests must provide accurate details (number of persons, age of children, special requests). Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation without refund.

  • Group bookings, weddings, or corporate events require prior approval and specific contract agreements.

  • Modifications to bookings (date change, room change) are subject to availability and applicable charges.

Cancellation Policy 

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing (email, WhatsApp, or official booking platform).

  • Individual Bookings:

    • 7 days or more before check-in → No cancellation fee.

    • 3–6 days before check-in → 50% of the booking will be charged.

    • Within 72 hours of check-in/no-show → 100% of the booking will be charged.

  • Group & Event Bookings (corporate events, weddings, large parties):

    • 15+ days before → Full refund (minus SSL Commerz transaction fee).

    • 7–14 days before → 50% of the advance will be forfeited.

    • Less than 7 days before → No refund.

  • Date changes or rescheduling are allowed only if rooms/venues are available.

  • The resort may cancel bookings in case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund via SSL Commerz or rescheduled without penalty.

  • All financial adjustments (refunds/cancellations) will strictly follow SSL Commerz payment cancellation and refund rules to ensure security and compliance.

Payment Policy

  • An advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), Bank Transfer, and major Credit/Debit Cards.

  • For corporate or event bookings, at least 50% advance is required, with the balance payable before or on the day of check-in/event.

  • Any additional charges (extra food, activities, or late check-out fees) must be settled before departure.

Refund Policy

  • All refunds will be processed according to the SSL Commerz Payment Gateway rules and timelines.

  • Refund eligibility:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in → 100% refund (minus any gateway/transaction fees).

    • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to check-in → 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in or no-shows → No refund.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, or mobile wallet) through SSL Commerz.

  • Processing time: typically 7–10 business days (subject to SSL Commerz settlement rules).

  • For event/group bookings, refund policies may differ (as outlined in the Cancellation Policy).
